• Do you have set packages, or can we customize something? We offer a variety of thoughtfully designed packages to suit different needs and preferences. We’re also happy to discuss customization options to bring your specific vision to life. Our standard rate is $200 per hour, and that includes 20 beautifully edited images. For smaller needs, we also offer a half-hour shooting option for $100, which includes 10 edited images.
• What is typically included in your photography packages? Generally, our packages include a set amount of photography session time, a specific number of professionally edited high-resolution digital images, an online proofing gallery for viewing and selecting your images, and a print release allowing you to print your photos for personal use. Specific inclusions vary by package type. Just to be clear, the personal print release included with your digital images grants you the right to print and share them on social media for your own personal enjoyment. However, this release does not permit editing the photos yourself, selling them to others, or using them for any business or commercial purposes. If you have any commercial usage needs in mind, please let us know, and we can discuss a separate commercial usage agreement. We retain the copyright to the images to protect our artistic work.
• Are prints or albums included in your standard packages? Our standard packages primarily focus on providing you with beautiful digital images. However, we offer a range of high-quality prints, canvases, albums, and other products that can be purchased separately through your online gallery hosting provider.
• Can we purchase additional digitally edited images beyond what was taken in our package? Yes, absolutely! You can easily purchase additional digitally edited images from your online proofing gallery at the per-image rate specified in your package details or our general pricing. All photos taken during the session that meet our quality standards will be available in your online gallery unedited. Send us a request for the additional photo you would like professionally edited at a small fee of $15 each.
• What is the cost for including additional family members in a photoshoot? Each additional family member can be included for a fee of just $25 per person. This allows us to accommodate larger families and capture everyone’s unique personality.
• What if we want more to be taken during the session than what’s included in our package? You have the option to purchase additional digital images beyond what’s included in your chosen package. Each extra high-resolution, professionally edited digital image is available for purchase at $15 per image. This gives you the flexibility to keep all those extra special moments. Need just a little more time to capture those final shots or a few extra poses? You can easily add another half hour to your session for $100, and we’ll include 10 more beautifully edited images as a little bonus!

Logistics & Fees

• What are your travel fees for on-location sessions outside of Sebring and Avon Park? For locations outside our free 20-mile radius from either Sebring or Avon Park, a travel fee of $1 per mile, round trip, will apply. This helps us cover the costs associated with traveling to your chosen location and ensures we can continue to offer our on-location services throughout Central Florida. We will always provide a clear estimate of any travel fees in your booking agreement before you finalize. Let’s break down how our travel fee works for locations outside our local area. We offer a free 20-mile round trip from either Sebring or Avon Park. For any distance beyond that, we charge a round-trip fee of $1 per mile to cover our travel expenses.
• For example, if your event is in Bradenton, which is about 69 miles from Avon Park, we first subtract our free 20-mile radius. That leaves 49 miles outside of our local free travel zone. Since we calculate the fee based on the round trip, we then multiply that 49 miles by two, resulting in a total of 98 miles for the round trip. Therefore, the total travel charge for a location like Bradenton would be $98 (98 miles x $1 per mile). We always want to be transparent about any potential travel costs, so we’ll discuss this with you when you book your on-location session.
• What are your payment arrangements? We typically require a non-refundable $100 down payment or deposit to secure your booking and hold your session date. Large events like weddings are $400. The remaining balance is usually due before the day of your photoshoot or two weeks before a wedding or large event. Specific payment schedules will be detailed in your booking agreement.
• Is the down payment/deposit refundable? The initial down payment or deposit is non-refundable. This fee secures your date and compensates for the time and potential bookings we may turn away once your date is reserved. This is due at the time of booking.
• How will I receive my digital images? Your edited high-resolution digital images will be delivered via a private online gallery. From this gallery, you will be able to view, select, and download your images directly to your computer or device.
• What are the terms of image usage? Do I own the copyright? You will receive a personal print release with your digital images. This allows you to print and share the images for personal use. The photographer (Everything With Hope) retains the copyright to the images for promotional and artistic purposes. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without a separate agreement. Just to be super clear about how you can use your beautiful photos: the personal print release that comes with your digital images is for printing and sharing on social media, with family and friends, for your personal enjoyment. It doesn’t include the right to edit the photos yourself, sell them to anyone else, or use them for any kind of business or commercial purposes. If you have any plans to use the photos for something like advertising or promoting a business, we’d need to chat about a separate commercial usage agreement. This helps us protect our work as artists.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. While the initial deposit is non-refundable, depending on the circumstances and notice provided, we may be able to discuss options for a future session (rescheduling fees may apply). Weddings and large event cancellations have specific terms outlined in the wedding contract and require a $200 reschedule fee.
• What are your policies regarding weddings, large event cancellations, and postponements? If you choose to cancel your event entirely, please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your date and covers the initial planning and administrative costs. If you need to postpone your event to a later date, a $320 event rescheduling fee will be charged. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with adjusting our schedule, re-coordinating logistics, and the prior planning already invested in your event. Any postponement is also subject to our availability on the new proposed date.
• What happens if we need to reschedule our session? We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to our availability. Please provide as much notice as possible. A rescheduling fee will apply to weddings and large events, particularly with short notice. If you need to reschedule your date, a $200 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee helps us manage the adjustments to our calendar and the logistical changes involved in moving a large event. We’ll always work with you to find a new date that works for everyone, subject to our availability.
• What happens if the photographer needs to cancel? In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer of similar quality.
